Introducing a St. Paul's Pictorial Directory
in a Whole New Way!

In a world as detached as ours, it’s important to stay connected. Connected as individuals. Connected as families. Connected as a body of believers. The people of St. Paul’s spoke loud and clear about their desire to connect with one another in more purposeful and effective ways.

The goal of our new directory is to make it easier than ever to stay connected. Look up a phone number, post a note of encouragement, dash off an e-mail, or simply put a name with the face. The more complete our directory, the more effective we can be as a family of God and our directory won’t be complete unless you are a part of it!

In addition to the conventional print directory, we will also have an on-line version making it even easier to keep everyone's information up to date and at your fingertips. We can even update the pictures!

We've started early to make it more convenient for families with kids home from college for the summer or for folks who spend their summers here and winters elsewhere. Call the office at 423-6955 or signup on-line today!

Q: What dates are portrait sittings available?
A: Portrait sittings start on July 15th. Times are available as follows:

Q: Why produce a directory now?
A: Not only has it has been five years since our last pictorial directory, but one of the biggest responses we heard during our recent surveys and research was the desire for us to be a more united body of believers. Having a new directory will make it easier for us to stay connected with one another.

Q: Aren’t these directories usually outdated by the time they are published?
A: In the past that has been true but the industry has made major strides in the past few years. Not only has the lead time been shortened dramatically, but we will also have an on-line version which can be updated on a regular basis.

Q: How safe and secure is the on-line version?
A: The on-line version is completely safe and secure using the very latest in secure socket technology. In fact, Lifetouch maintains all the photos for the KidSafe program used by the Federal Government. Each family will have their own, unique user name and password. You decide the information you want to be displayed.

Q: Don’t I have to buy pictures in order to be included in the directory?
A: Absolutely not. Every family that comes for a sitting will receive a free 8” x 10” and a copy of the final directory when it is published. There is no obligation to buy anything. Of course, you may want to take advantage of the opportunity of having your whole family together. A complete price list is available before your sitting.

Q: Last time we felt pressured to buy our pictures. Can I expect the same thing again?
A: Lifetouch, the company we are using, has been in business for 65 years. They take extra care to make sure we invite them to come back when it’s time to update our directory. They have assured us there will no sales pressure.

Q: How long will all this take?
A: Your sitting appointment will take about an hour. You will be able to proof your pictures while you are still at your sitting! We encourage you to pickup a price list in advance so you can determine what pictures and features you may want to consider. Should you want to purchase pictures, your portraits would be delivered in about two weeks. Our goal is to have the directory published and in your hands about eight weeks after the final sitting.
